Treatability Testing

ORIN provides in-house laboratory services to help ensure our client’s site-specific goals are met. Lab testing prior to implementation in the field provides useful information. This information can be used to determine the most effective chemistry and required loading rates. In addition, ORIN determines fine tune treatment chemistry mixture or concentration and project potential results achievable in the field. Lab studies are performed using site soils and groundwater. Care is taken to utilize practices and procedures that mimic actual field application.

Metal stabilization studies (TCLP and SPLP)

Wastewater treatment studies

Secondary parameter observations; including metals mobilization, ORP, pH

All analytical of volatile and semi-volatile organics is performed by a certified third-party lab

Process Development

ORIN Technologies offers product and process development services in response to specific client needs and challenges. This may include identifying unique order of addition reactions, creating specialized dosing equipment, or developing new chemistries to address specific contaminants or process conditions. ORIN works with our clients to understand the precise goals of treatment, regulatory limitations, process restrictions, and budgetary limits. Our diverse vendor base affords ORIN access to a wide range of chemistry and processes which can be adopted in whole or partially and adjusted to meet our client’s needs.

Data Analytics

ORIN Technologies extensive experience has afforded us the luxury of having seen a wide range of uncommon challenges in both remediation and wastewater treatment. Our ability to filter out data which may otherwise be a distraction and focus only on those variables which impact results sets us apart from our competitors. In some instances, ORIN has identified internal engineering or process changes for our clients which result in ORIN not receiving any business or economic benefit. We strive to create relationships with our clients by building trust and providing reliable guidance for our mutual, long-term benefit.
